• Motor Vehicle Records

  The Motor Vehicle Record is obtained through a search of the state Department of Motor Vehicle (DMV) records for derogatory information. Information can include license status, license class, issue date, expiration date, violations, suspensions, licensee address, date of birth, and physical description. Identifying information located in an MVR may be used to validate other criminal record search findings. 

• Commercial Driver License Information System (CDLIS) reports

  The CDLIS report enables account holders to comply with FMCSA requirements by searching within the Commercial Driver’s License Information System for prior license information and current CDL detail for up to three prior licenses held by the applicant. Clients are provided with present jurisdictional state and driver’s license number, name, DOB, social security number match, up to three previously held CDL numbers, and AKA information.

• Driver Monitoring

  An employee’s driver license status can change in a moment with a DUI or other serious driving-related criminal conviction. Employers with driving employee populations need to closely monitor their drivers’ ongoing license histories to minimize financial risk and negative publicity. Our MVRSource™ Continuous Motor Vehicle Record Monitoring program alerts employers when a negative event occurs, enabling the employer to take action to protect their organization. Additionally, driver monitoring may positively impact operating costs by reducing insurance premiums. 

• FMCSA Clearinghouse records

  Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) requires 3-year history of verified DOT regulated safety-sensitive drug and alcohol testing records. As of January 6, 2023, regulated employers are required to utilize the FMCSA’s Commercial Driver’s License Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse for testing history. AccuSourceHR facilitates service agent functions in limited and full inquiries to support regulated employer program compliance needs.   

• Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol testing

  Processing options include clinic-based and onsite specimen collections. Testing methodologies include urine and oral saliva drug testing and BAT alcohol screening to meet Department of Transportation (DOT) specimen collection and testing requirements at over 10,000 clinic locations and SAMHSA/NIDA-certified laboratories nationwide. All results are reviewed by our licensed MRO team. Donors can easily schedule testing at their preferred location utilizing our in-application scheduling interface.  Additionally, screening results are integrated in our easy-to-read background-screening reports.

• DOT Random Screening Program Management

  AccuSourceHR™ Workforce Solutions experienced, knowledgeable team of substance abuse screening professionals provide Third Party Administrator (TPA) support to regulated employers in managing their drug and alcohol screening programs in accordance with CFR 49 Part 40 requirements. Service includes managing random selection pools to meet testing thresholds per applicable DOT agency mode, management support of post-accident and reasonable suspicion testing, MIS reporting, compliances and best practices resources and audit preparation support.

• Criminal records searches

  County Criminal Direct Records Searches investigate the potential presence of state criminal convictions at the appropriate county courts. This search reveals felonies (crimes typically with punishment of one year or more imprisonment) and related misdemeanor convictions (crimes typically with punishment of less than a year of imprisonment or probation). Completed reports may include case numbers, offense and disposition dates, charge, and type of charge, disposition, and sentence. In addition to convictions, open cases, as well as active warrants, will be reported in compliance with specific state guidelines. Records are available in each individual county throughout the United States.

• Employment verification

  AccuSourceHR™ Workforce Solutions experienced team verifies the candidate’s educational history to aid in identifying candidates who falsify or overstated academic credentials. Information obtained can include: type of degree, attendance, date of graduation, major studies, GPA, and degree earned.

• Professional license/certification verification

  AccuSourceHR™ Workforce Solutions confirms the status of a professional license or certification. Professional license and credential verifications are commonly required for healthcare, education, technology, and other regulated professions. Information validated can include: type, status, expiration, and any relevant restrictions.

• Global Watchlist searches

  AccuSourceHR™ Workforce Solutions Global Watchlist search is an investigation of a proprietary database comprised of data continuously collected from hundreds of state government agencies, U.S. federal agencies, and international governmental agencies pertaining to individuals who may be involved in terrorist activities, money laundering, illegal imports, fraud against government agencies, violations of federal banking regulations, and criminal activity (fugitives from justice). In addition, the database includes healthcare sanctions exclusions lists, abuse registries, and more. Information accessed may include data relating to citizenship, memberships, and personal or professional affiliations.
