Prior to AccuSourceHR Dan has held key leadership roles including CEO at PV Capital Group, CEO at Universal Background, CEO at HighWire and President at First Advantage, leading the global teams to achieve healthy growth, innovation and successful M&A.
Dan is a member of the Young President Organization (YPO), chair in the SF Chapter, former advisor to the Northern Ireland Executive Government and former advisor to the Silicon Valley Computer Using Educators (SVCUE). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfred Laurier University in Economics and Business in addition to a Six Sigma Masters Certificate, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.
Damian has over 17 years of domestic and international experience in the Human Capital Management, Employee Onboarding and Employment Screening industries. He is an accomplished new revenue growth leader and customer advocate with an obsession for creating solution-driven client experiences. Damian drives his teams to excel with integrity, encouraging them to do the right thing for both the organization and its valued clients. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Santa Barbara.
Lisa co-founded AccuSourceHR, Inc. in 1999. In her current role, she focuses on cost analysis, acquisitions, and business efficiency. Prior to AccuSourceHR, Lisa held executive positions in the healthcare industry, playing central roles in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, business process improvement and web-based technology solutions. She holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology/Health Promotion from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Lisa is a founding member of the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA) and a long-time member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Cynthia joined the AccuSourceHR team in 2017. She has over 20 years of experience in sales, account management and marketing in the employment screening industry. With a passion for delivering white-glove client experiences, she ensures clients have optimal resources to both streamline onboarding processes and achieve risk mitigation goals. Cynthia holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Phoenix. She is a long-time member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA).
Jennifer joined the AccuSourceHR team in 2018. She is a seasoned employment industry and compliance professional with over 15 years of industry experience. Jennifer is an expert in developing legally compliant background screening procedures and strives to support clients in mitigating legal risk. She holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Akron School of Law and acts as AccuSourceHR’s in-house counsel and chief privacy officer. Jennifer is a member of the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA) and has earned her Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certifications through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).
Nancy Golden joined AccuSourceHR in 2017 and has been engaged in the drug and background screening industry since 1992. She is a results-driven manager who specializes in ensuring quality client experiences, operational efficiency, and overall process optimization. Nancy strives to engage with her customers to provide solutions to challenges and partnerships to develop screening processes that address unique needs. She is highly experienced in implementation planning and onboarding, ensuring service outcomes are in line with established service level agreements. Nancy is a member of the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA).
Heidi joined AccuSourceHR in 2022. She has over 18 years of industry tenure, serving in multiple functional roles providing her with a high breadth of knowledge in screening operations and diverse client program needs. She leads the implementation team to ensure clients have a smooth transition from contracting through client onboarding. Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Northern State University. She is a member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and currently serves on the Industry Best Practice committee.
Nick has extensive experience in client engagement, operations management and product strategy, and has demonstrated success across a number of business sectors (e.g. – telecommunications, healthcare and risk mitigation). Nick believes that a customer-centric approach is critical to service delivery, and that success can be achieved with an appropriate focus on customer, system and operational alignment. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech and a Master of Business Administration degree from George Mason University.
Shannon has over twenty years of customer service experience, with 18 years in background screening. She is a subject-matter expert in regulated industries and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliance. She combines her extensive experience in both customer service and employment screening with her passion to consistently deliver best-in-class service and individualized client care. Shannon is committed to building and maintaining strong, value-added, lasting partnerships.
Phil has over 25 years of leadership experience in the domestic and international background screening industry. He is focused on creating efficient organizations through team motivation, improved work processes, strategic planning, and operational alignment. His overriding objective is to drive efficiencies to deliver the best service experience for our valued customers. Phil holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University. He is a member of the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA), holder of Advanced FCRA Certification, and a Six Sigma Black Belt.
Heidi Richardson has worked in the Human Resources field for over ten years. She is a member of SHRM and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Heidi is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions to the organization that helps harness the full power of one of our most valuable assets- our people. She is dedicated to creating a robust corporate culture that promotes continuous business growth and cultivates customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential and bring their best to the job.
Tina has been with AccuSourceHR for over 20 years. She began in an entry-level position, eventually growing within the company to her current role. Her focus includes working with vendors in identifying efficiencies to help customers receive timely and accurate results and ensuring each customer's individual screening and risk mitigation goals are met. Tina holds FCRA Advanced Certification from the PBSA (Professional Background Screeners Association).
Vivek has over 20 years of experience in building enterprise software products and leading technology organizations. He is a seasoned architect specialized in building greenfield products with the modern tech stack. Vivek has scaled product development organizations from 5 to 50 to 100+ staff members, eventually leading the companies to M&A opportunities. Prior to joining AccuSourceHR, he led several digital transformation and agile transformation initiatives during his tenure as a Vice President of Software Engineering at Experian, Nextgen Healthcare and Entrada.
Vivek holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Madras University and Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certificate from Stanford University.
Melissa Nahkunst has 14 years of Drug and Occupational Health industry experience. She is a subject matter expert in drug screening compliance. During her industry tenure, she has served in multiple roles including interfacing with Medical Review Officers, serving as a liaison with clinic management, and facilitating Program Development. Melissa interfaces with clients to ensure compliance with individual company drug abuse policies, support occupational health requirements, and promote industry best practices. She is a Certified Designated Employer Representative and has served on the Legislative Committee within the Drug and Alcohol Testing Industry Association (DATIA).
