Dan has more than 20 years of experience leading global organizations providing technology and technology-enabled services that have successfully achieved high growth, operational excellence, while fostering a culture where customer experience is the number one priority. Prior to AccuSourceHR™ Dan has held key leadership roles including CEO at PV Capital Group, CEO at Universal Background, CEO at HighWire and President at First Advantage, leading the global teams to achieve healthy growth, innovation and successful M&A.

Dan is a member of the Young President Organization (YPO), chair in the SF Chapter, former advisor to the Northern Ireland Executive Government and former advisor to the Silicon Valley Computer Using Educators (SVCUE). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wilfred Laurier University in Economics and Business in addition to a Six Sigma Masters Certificate, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Villanova University.

Damian has over 17 years of domestic and international experience in the Human Capital Management, Employee Onboarding and Employment Screening industries. He is an accomplished new revenue growth leader and customer advocate with an obsession for creating solution-driven client experiences. Damian drives his teams to excel with integrity, encouraging them to do the right thing for both the organization and its valued clients. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California Santa Barbara.

Gaurav Khanna is a seasoned product and engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in digital transformation and innovation across HR technology, e-commerce, and financial services. He has held senior roles at Paylocity, Wayfair, and Amazon, leading the development of scalable SaaS and AI-powered solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer engagement.

Known for his collaborative leadership style, Gaurav excels at building high-performing teams and aligning product strategy with business objectives. He leverages emerging technologies, thoughtful design, and cross-functional alignment to deliver impactful, customer-centric experiences. Gaurav holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Management from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University.

Jocelyn is a seasoned finance leader with over 15 years’ experience managing finance organizations and building effective teams during periods of rapid growth in the software, supply chain, ecommerce, and financial services industries. She is known for creating order out of chaos and leveraging data to communicate a story.

Prior to joining AccuSourceHR, Jocelyn was the CFO for Volexity Inc., the CFO for DFO Global Performance Commerce, and she was the finance lead on the sale of Bridge from Instructure to Learning Technologies Group. She holds an MBA from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and a BA from Princeton University.

Jennifer joined the AccuSourceHR™ team in 2018. She is a seasoned employment industry and compliance professional with over 15 years of industry experience. Jennifer is an expert in developing legally compliant background screening procedures and strives to support clients in mitigating legal risk.  She holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of Akron School of Law and acts as AccuSourceHR™’s in-house counsel. Jennifer is a member of the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA) and has earned her Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) certifications through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

As a 35-year industry veteran, Catherine Brame joined AccuSourceHR™ in 2023.  Catherine has helped screening companies, large and small, build efficiencies and achieve operational excellence both in the United States as well as in Western Europe, and Southeast Asia.  Catherine served as a member of the initial board of the Professional Background Screeners Association (PBSA). She also was the chair of the Background Screening Credentialing Council (BSCC) and was instrumental in implementing the industry's accreditation program. Catherine is a dynamic leader with extensive expertise in increasing scalability and creative problem-solving while building a talented and motivated team. 

Heidi joined AccuSourceHR™ in 2022.  She has over 18 years of industry tenure, serving in multiple functional roles providing her with a high breadth of knowledge in screening operations and diverse client program needs.  She leads the implementation team to ensure clients have a smooth transition from contracting through client onboarding.  Heidi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing from Northern State University.  She is a member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) and currently serves on the Industry Best Practice committee.

Shannon has over twenty years of customer service experience, with 18 years in background screening. She is a subject-matter expert in regulated industries and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) compliance.  She combines her extensive experience in both customer service and employment screening with her passion to consistently deliver best-in-class service and individualized client care. Shannon is committed to building and maintaining strong, value-added, lasting partnerships.

Catherine Furrer is an accomplished Human Resources Manager with a rich background spanning 12 years across diverse sectors, including Background Screening, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Retail. Catherine brings a wealth of expertise to the table as her skill set encompasses adeptness in recruiting, management, communication, and the art of fostering strong professional relationships. Catherine holds a bachelor's degree with a specialized focus on Human Resources from the esteemed State University of New York College at Old Westbury.
